Privacy policy

This policy explains how Labiofam Veterinaria S.R.L. handles data from people who visit this site or contact us. You can write to labiofamveterinaria@gmail.com or visit us at Calle Atilio Guzmán No. 10, Estancia Nueva, Moca, Dominican Republic.

Information you provide

The form asks for your name and phone number and includes the type of operation you select. Email and message are optional. We receive the page language and check that you accepted this policy before sending your inquiry.

What we use it for

We use this information to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and arrange technical visits when you request them. Avoid including passwords, financial information or personal information that we do not need to help you.

Service providers and site security

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, checks submissions with Turnstile and delivers form messages to our Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google receive the information needed to provide those services and may process it outside the Dominican Republic.

When you visit the site, Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address, requested page and browser details. Turnstile processes browser and connection signals to detect automated traffic and improve bot detection. When you submit the form, we also send Cloudflare the Turnstile verification token and your IP address, when available.

WhatsApp and browser storage

Opening our WhatsApp link takes you outside this site. Information you share there is handled under WhatsApp's privacy policy.

The catalog saves your search, filters and position in session storage and browser history to restore them when you return. Searches and filters also appear in the page address; opening or reloading that address sends it to Cloudflare as part of the request. We do not add advertising or visitor analytics tools.

Retention and requests about your data

Inquiries arrive in our email inbox and remain there until deleted. To ask how long a particular message is kept, write to labiofamveterinaria@gmail.com.

You can use the same address to request access, correction or deletion of your data and ask about rights that apply under Dominican Law 172-13. Tell us which inquiry or conversation your request concerns, without sending identity documents in your first message.
